Can I trust Léonie with my personal information?

Your personal information is used to process your orders, we do not share it with any third party.

Do you ship the orders? and where to?
yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free anywhere in Lebanon, and for international orders above 250$, however the shipping fees will be calculated once you proceed to check out, depending on the weight and the distance. Please note that you will be in charge of custom fees.


Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Sure, simply check the gift-wrap box at check-out once you proceed to payment. 
You can also add a handwritten message.

When will I receive my order?

You'll receive it in 1 to 5 working days, depending on the piece you've chosen and your location.

What's the return and exchange policy?

Pieces can be returned or exchanged if they're in the exact condition in which they were shipped. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted. Customers will be charged shipping costs. Please email us as customercare@leonieaccessories.com for further assistance.
