Return and Refund Policy for Léonie
1. Return
1.1. Eligibility: We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
- The item is in its original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches.
- The return request is made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
1.2. Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Items not purchased directly from Léonie (purchases from authorized retailers should be returned to the respective retailer).
2.Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
2.1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@leonieaccessories.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include the following information:
- Your order number.
- Item(s) you wish to return.
- Reason for the return.
2.2. Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if your request meets our eligibility criteria.
2.3. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
2.4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Returns need to be shipped to the address of the original warehouse: Paris, France or Zahlé, Lebanon, with the digital receipt. In case of doubt to which warehouse you need to ship back your order, please check your delivery waybill when you first receive your order.

2.5. Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.
3. Refunds
3.1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3.2. Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and specify the replacement item you would like. Additional charges may apply if the replacement item has a higher value.
